Ceremony and Reception

Ceremony coverage begins with the wedding party procession and ends with the recessional. It features:

• Multiple Cameras
  Several cameras are used and no detail is missed with our uncompromising views from the back, sides or front. Coverage is tasteful, discreet, and has received only positive feedback from clergy.
  
  
• Remote Camera Technology
  A camera can be hidden in the front of church, which is monitored and controlled from a remote location. This allows us the recording of your expressions and emotions during the ceremony, without the distraction of a camera operator.
  
  
• Crystal Clear Audio
  Readings, music and vows will be crystal clear as several wireless microphones are used. These small, state of the art microphones are placed on the groom, podium and clergy. During the editing process, they are mixed as needed.

Coverage resumes at the reception and features wedding party introductions, cake cutting, toasts & speeches, traditional dances, bouquet toss and more.

Cinematic Style

This fresh approach and timeless style uses time-shifting techniques to create a seamless and breathtaking movie that will be enjoyed through countless viewings. It features highlights of your day, creatively woven with images, natural sounds and dramatic music to create a look, and feel of a Hollywood film. The length of the video is typically less than 45 minutes, and we’ll work closely with you determining important segments.

Documentary Style

For those that prefer a more traditional style, the assembly of your video will feature un-cut, real segments of your day. The entire ceremony will be presented “as it happened” and little will be shortened or eliminated. Reception coverage will include the entire toasts, and dancing will be presented in real time. The length of the video varies based on the options you choose, but 90 to 120 minutes is not un-common.

Capturing the bride, groom and wedding party arriving at the church and preparing for the service.

Post-Ceremony Coverage

We’ll follow along as you travel from the ceremony to the reception capturing those spontaneous moments. Includes highlights of your receiving line, photo session, park visit and cocktail hour. Also includes beautiful detail shots of all the care you put into your reception location, from your cake, to table settings, and flower arrangements.

Wedding Day Highlights

This 3 to 5 minute segment features soft, slow motion images to highlight the day. Painstaking care is given to the choice of moments - all choreographed to music. This is a wonderful way to start a Documentary Style video, but not a necessary option with the Cinematic Style.

Photo Presentation

We’ll take your photographs, music and even home video footage. Add in some creative editing, and you’ve got a spectacular program to be shown at your reception.

Same Day Highlights

Cap off your Photo Presentation with the addition of ceremony highlights! Your guests will re-experience the vows with crystal clear audio and unobstructed views. This breathtaking presentation is guaranteed to make your reception an ultimate success. This option is different from the “Wedding Day Highlights” above in that it is shorter, only features scenes from the ceremony, and edited the afternoon of your wedding.

Projection & Sound System

Includes projector, 8-foot screen, sound system, and digital tape playback. Includes setup and takedown.
